Warm celebration: LEAPMOTOR car bumper project successfully rolled off the production line!

The first‑off piece from the automated bumper coating production line was officially rolled off the production line. The project took half a year to complete. Thanks to the outstanding leadership and management of the Leapmotor team as well as the efficient collaboration of the J-PLUS Intelligent team, both sides adhered to the philosophy of “high requirements, high‑quality standards and high specifications”, ensuring the project was delivered on schedule with excellent quality.
Environment‑friendly water‑borne paint technology was adopted for this project, equipped with a quick color‑change system. With strong support and coordination from ABB and all other partners, the project advanced intensively and orderly until reaching the milestone of the first‑piece off‑line.
As a new‑energy vehicle manufacturer leading technological innovation, LEAPMOTOR has demonstrated growing market competitiveness and development potential.
