II. Target‑Oriented: Precise Deployment of H2 Key Tasks
640-24
Mid‑year Summary
The industry faces a complex and challenging market environment, with mounting economic downward pressure, intensified internal competition and fierce low‑price bidding, bringing multiple operational challenges to enterprises. At the same time, customers keep raising requirements for product quality, delivery lead‑time and service experience.
Combined with industry trends and company operational status, General Manager Xiang Dezhi defined four core guidelines in his closing remarks to empower and guide work for the second half of the year.
(1)
Strengthen On‑site Coordination to Achieve Controllable Schedules
All projects shall establish an efficient, transparent and regular on‑site reporting mechanism to synchronize construction progress, on‑site difficulties and potential risks in real time. This enables the company to grasp front‑line dynamics accurately, allocate manpower, technical and material resources efficiently, resolve construction risks promptly, and ensure steady and fully‑controllable project execution.
(2)
Uphold Quality Bottom Line and Improve Delivery Capability
Greater external pressure makes it more critical to stay committed to quality. All project staff shall embed quality control throughout design, construction, commissioning and delivery. Strict control shall be exercised over every procedure and detail to continuously upgrade on‑site construction standards and equipment delivery quality, and consolidate customer trust with reliable product performance.
(3)
Deepen Inter‑departmental Collaboration and Unite Forces for Delivery
Project delivery is never the work of a single department, but systematic collaboration among technology, production, procurement, business and engineering teams. All departments shall take initiative, practice empathy, support one another, reject buck‑passing and internal friction, break communication barriers, and build a collaborative working pattern to guarantee efficient project delivery.
(4)
Formalize Review Mechanism and Enable Two‑Way Communication
The regular project‑manager return‑to‑headquarters review mechanism shall be fully implemented. On one hand, the company gains visibility of real‑world site conditions; on the other hand, front‑line teams stay updated on corporate technical upgrades, process optimization and resource allocation. Headquarters shall provide full support for on‑site projects, ensuring “prompt response to front‑line demands” to safeguard smooth project delivery.
640-25

Regarding overall development plans for H2, Mr. Xiang emphasized that amid industry headwinds, corporate growth hinges on internal capability building, quality improvement and cost reduction. All staff shall focus on cost‑efficiency improvement, break process barriers and reduce ineffective communication and internal waste. The company will deepen its specialization in intelligent coating equipment, refine products, optimize services and strengthen brand influence. Workflows shall be comprehensively standardized, normalized and refined to ensure implementable rules and tangible outcomes. All team members shall align goals, work pragmatically and get things right the first time.

III. Unite Aspirations: Embark on a New Journey with Pragmatic Action
640-26
Mid‑year Summary
This semi‑annual project‑manager performance review serves as a thorough work summary, a benchmarking‑and‑improvement session, and a mobilization meeting for concentrated efforts. Through collective reviews, projects accurately identified management gaps, clarified work thinking and defined key objectives. A platform for mutual learning and joint progress was established, fulfilling the original meeting goals: “promote reflection via reports, drive rectification via comments, and boost improvement via exchange”.
Progress never stops, and pragmatic efforts continue. Going forward, J-PLUS Intelligent will take this semi‑annual review as a new starting point. We will face weaknesses squarely, draw lessons and pursue quality upgrades by translating review outcomes into concrete actions and deliverables. The company will keep advancing refined project management, deliver high‑quality projects and customer services, and strictly uphold work‑safety standards. We will strengthen internal capabilities amid industry changes, advance steadily, strive for full‑year 2026 business targets, deliver smarter, higher‑quality and more reliable complete coating equipment for customers, and further enhance corporate core competitiveness and brand influence.
